Director and Founder – Jay Breitlow DC –  Dr. Breitlow, has a Doctorate of Chiropractic from Palmer College in Davenport, Iowa and has a BS in Nuclear Engineering from Purdue University. Dr. Breitlow has traveled to nearly 30 countries across the world and found his love for service while on a mission trip to Bahia, Brazil. He practiced briefly in greater Omaha after graduation, is an avid marathon runner and former All-American endurance triathlete.

Vice President Nick Lingler MBA, PMP nick[at]journeytosolidarity.org  Nick has an engineering degree, an MBA, and holds the project management professional credential. He has over seven years of experience in a variety of life science, engineering, and business roles across multiple industries.

Treasurer – Jean Murray PhD MBA: jean[at]journeytosolidarity.org -  Dr. Murray has an MBA and 30 years’ experience in small business management. Her background includes teaching, consulting, and writing.

Secretary – Brian Larson Esq brian[at]journeytosolidarity.org – Mr. Larson is an attorney in Boston and a graduate of the University of Wisconsin – Madison where he has a BS in Mechanical Engineering and received his Law Degree from Saint Louis University.

Board Member – John Cherry DC john[at]journeytosolidarity.org  Dr Cherry is a recent graduate of Palmer College of Chiropractic, Davenport, Iowa, is currently practicing in Marysville, California. He is a member of several volunteer organizations, including The Boy Scouts of America, and has served on several volunteer missions including a two-year mission trip with his church and to Bahia, Brazil where he provided free Chiropractic care. John is an avid runner, biker and triathlete.

Currently enrolled at Palmer College in Davenport are three students who exemplify leadership and have chosen to volunteer their precious time. These two students help keep the team in the loop with ideas and changes in the school and are facilitating our mission to bring students from Countries like Madagascar to Chiropractic Colleges to receive their education and someday return to their country to further Chiropractic. Student Liaisons – Steve Frogley steve[at]journeytosolidarity.org   Adam Hoogeveen adam[at]journeytosolidarity.org and Jenelle Bourgeois Jenelle[at]journeytosolidarity.org

Development Director – Angie Gibson LPN: angie[at]journeytosolidarity.org Angie has been in the medical field for over 10 years, with experience in Pediatric, Adult and Geriatric nursing. She is presently involved with several medical management projects including, Health Care Process Improvement and Patient Centered Initiatives. In combination with her nursing efforts, Angie plays an active role with fundraising campaigns and charity organizations, such as Feeding America.
